Chasing a link for the full Catalina installer. I've got 2 mac's to do, and with a below average connection, and limited data allowance I'd prefer to just do the one big download. Either my Google skills are failing, or it's a lot harder than it used to be, because I can't find the dmg, or installer etc.

Sometimes operations are performed and then the keyboard settings become manipulated, technically. So... Try resetting the SMC and NVRAM. Then reboot, trying this once more.
C. Scan your Mac for Malware:
Malware, which makes you Mac, run in malicious manor. Use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac
- Download it
- Install it
- Update it
- Scan with it
- Remove what is Found
- Reboot the Mac
- Remove it, if desired: Malwarebytes uninstaller
